Drummer and percussionist, born 08/08/1952 in Cape Town, South Africa. Lives in New York City.
Anton Fig joined Paul Shaffer in 1986. Aside from playing in the CBS Orchestra and providing drum rolls and rim shots for David Letterman's antics, Fig has also appeared in comedy sketches on the show. Over the years, he has performed and recorded with Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, Madonna, Kiss, Paul Simon and Booker T. & The MGs.
