Biography

American engineer and producer. Originally a musician/drummer.
Began engineering career in 1976 at Mediasound, in New York, originally in the Shipping Department, became staff engineer by 1978; went independent in 1984. Worked at Electric Lady Studios in New York from 2009 to 2018.
Established Brauer Sound Studios in New York City in 2018. In 2020, relocated to the Catskills, in upstate New York.
