Born 27 May 1946 in Osted out of Roskilde, 30 minutes west of Copenhagen, Denmark, died April 19, 2005 in Ishøj, Copenhagen
"NHØP" debuted, aged 15, at the, (Jazzhouse Montmartre, commonly known as just "Montmartre"), in central Copenhagen on New Year's Eve, 1961. He died in the west Copenhagen district from heart failure aged 58,.Nicknamed "Viking."
