British author and record producer (August 6, 1944, Caterham, Surrey, UK - December 23, 2023, Bingham, Nottinghamshire, UK).
He was a key producer for Decca and Deram labels in the UK during the late 1960s. He is also a frequent contributor of liner notes, principally in the area of blues, ragtime, and related genres.
