English arranger, composer, keyboardist, and saxophonist, born 2 July 1937 - died 13 June 2026. She was a member of Jethro Tull from 1976 to 1980. After leaving the band she arranged a number of orchestral "tributes" to bands such as The Beatles, Yes, Genesis, and Pink Floyd. In 2004, she underwent gender reassignment surgery and changed her name to Dee Palmer.
