"New York Is Now Vol. 1" printed on spine. "Volume 1" printed on labels above title. "BST 84287 Volume 1" printed on inside of Unipak gatefold sleeve.
Faint "114" etched in the runouts of both sides indicates metal parts from were used.
This version has a 28mm pressing ring around the spindle hole so not pressed by or, but possibly.
