Biography

Spanish guitar player, composer, music producer and designer (Madrid, May 25, 1943 - November 29, 2017).
Founder of Los Pekenikes (rhythm guitar), he would quit them in 1971. First husband of Karina.
In 1976 he would found Zapatón to play instrumentals with younger musicians: Rafa Fortes (guitar), Enrique Guerrero (bass) and Antonio Martín-Caruana "Ñete" (drums). In 1979 he would found "Bulldog", playing classic rock songs.
Apart from his performer side, he's produced many bands since the 70s: Karina, Nuevos Horizontes, Rebeldes, Loquillo y los Trogloditas and others.
For many years, he also worked as a graphic designer, making hundreds of album covers for and other Spanish record labels. Worked for / at /.
