Welsh bass player, songwriter and producer, born 17 October 1957, Cardiff, Wales, UK. Began playing guitar at age 14, and bass guitar at 17. Became a renowned session player in the early 1980s. Recorded and performed with artists as diverse as Gary Numan, Paul Young, De La Soul, Pete Townshend, Chaka Khan, D'Angelo, Jeff Beck and many others. Joined The Who's touring band after the death of John Entwistle on the eve of the band's 2002 U.S. tour, and played with the group until 2016.
Spouse of Maz Palladino; father of Rocco Palladino, Giancarla Palladino and Fabiana Palladino.
