Biography

Irish singer, songwriter and producer, born 22 April 1956.
Founder member of the band Clannad, alongside his brother Ciarán Brennan, and twin uncles Padraig Duggan and Noel Duggan. The band was shortly joined by sister Maire Brennan, and, for a short period, by another sister, Eithne Ni Bhraonain (aka Enya)
Pól left Clannad in 1989 to pursue a career in soundtrack work, before rejoining in 2011.
Pól is the father of musician.
