He has had musical patnerships with Blood, Sweat & Tears, Billy Cobham, Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius, the Brecker Brothers, Guy Strazz, Jim Beard, and Joe Henderson among others.
Husband of Leni Stern. Uncle of George Nozuka & Justin Nozuka, half-brother of actress Kyra Sedgwick (Kevin Bacon's wife) and uncle of Travis Bacon.
