Italian singer & songwriter, born 24 June 1938, Trieste, in art Pilade. Degree in electronics, then moves in Milan for his singing career very young. Join Clan Celentano affecting several hit songs, but gets much better in the role as author, becoming important in the exploitation of many artists being in 23 editions of Sanremo Festival. For Caterina Caselli and Gene Pitney writes Nessuno Mi Può Giudicare, La Rosa Nera for Gigliola Cinquetti and also Alle Porte Del Sole, brought to success in USA by Al Martino as To the Door of the Sun, then Finchè la Barca Va & Non Illuderti Mai for Orietta Berti, Quanto E' Bella Lei for Gianni Nazzaro.
