Reggae singer and producer, born June 4, 1948, Kingston, Jamaica - died Oct. 4, 2016, Miami, FL.
He moved to the UK in the early 1960s, and returned to Jamaica in 1972. He launched the labels Spiderman, Joe Frasier, Eagle and Rattie Soul.
