Biography

UK producer, songwriter and musician, born July 9, 1965 in Manchester. He learned to play trombone and guitar and is also a film-maker, as well as a photographer.
In 1984, he formed the band Blue Zone together with schoolmate Andy Morris and Lisa Stansfield (who he has been married to since 1998).
After Blue Zone called it a day in 1988, he and Morris did studio work with Coldcut, whereupon Lisa Stansfield records People Hold On which is the starting point of her solo career.
