Biography
German composer and arranger, born 30 January 1914 in Elberfeld (today Wuppertal), Germany and died 3 July 1996 in Hamburg, Germany. Prolific composer of wind band music. Composer and conductor of West Germany's 1960 Eurovision Song Contest entry. He also contributed music to many fairy tale records with radio plays.
