Showing the Discogs bio

Guitarist/singer in the Italian progressive rock cult band Premiata Forneria Marconi.
He released two solo works, Racconti Della Tenda Rossa in 1991, and Accordo in 1995.
In 1984 he founded C.P.M - Centro Professione Musica, a professional music institute in Milan, Italy, which he has personally directed since then.
In 1995 he worked with the Italian editions company Fabbri Editori on a huge encyclopedia of guitar playing, published in 100 files, 50 video lessons and 50 audio cassettes.
He's also the founder of an association, MCS - Musica Contro La Sofferenza, with the purpose to fight social degradation bringing music and culture, especially to the younger people; for MCS he composed the majestic "Sinfonia Popolare Per 1000 Chitarre" (popular symphony for 1000 guitars), which was represented all over Italy from 1997 to 1999.
