Biography
Charles Eugene Webb (born November 17, 1969) is an American former professional football player who was a running back for two seasons (1991–1992) with the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Packers in the third round of the 1991 NFL draft. He played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers, earning All-SEC honors in 1989, and setting the school's single-game rushing record of 294 yards in a game against Ole Miss on November 18, 1989. During the second game of Tennessee's 1990 season, Webb suffered a season-ending knee injury from which he never completely recovered.
