Christopher Andrew Carrabba (born April 10, 1975) is an American musician who is the primary songwriter, lead singer, and guitarist of the band Dashboard Confessional, lead singer of the band Further Seems Forever, and lead vocalist for the folk band Twin Forks. Angelique Jackson of Variety conferred the title of "crowned king of the sad boys" on Carrabba. Andrew Leahey of AllMusic called him "the poster boy for a generation of emo fans in the early 2000s."
