Biography

Hardcore punk band originally from Berkeley, California, USA. The band was active from 1980 - 1984. Founded by (whose family had fled Cambodia when the Khmer Rouge took power), Christopher Douglas and as Subsidized Mess. Crucifix is considered one of the first American bands to be influenced by the UK anti-war "peace punk" or "anarcho-punk" movement.
Crucifix's track "Annihilation" has been sampled by Orbital on the track "Choice".
