The Horrible Truth About Burma is a Punk album by Mission Of Burma, originally released in 1985. On Gatefold: 11 pressings tracked.
About
On the recorded material they released before originally breaking up, Mission of Burma favored a dry aesthetic that merely hinted at the influential group's status as one of the loudest and most physical stage acts of the '80s college-rock scene. This live album corrects the record via blistering, disorienting cuts like “Tremolo,” kinetic-but-precise airings of deep cuts like "Peking Spring," and an overwhelmingly epic cover of Peru Ubu's "Heart of Darkness."
