Too many artists are doing their albums with radio/video songs, and not concentrating on making ALBUMS... there is no conceptual thinking. Every song is 3:30 and contains 16/8hook - 16/8hook - 16/8hook. What happened to the 48 bar banga? Or the true posse joint with no hook and like 6 or 7 MC's going in for like 5 minutes? Or songs that are interrelated but don't sound alike?
