The Shrine Auditorium live tracks were recorded on April 2, 1949. All issued versions need pitch correction, as discovered when the recreation SACD was being made.
Also, track 13 was originally a Gershwin medley that include "The Man I Love," "Summertime," "I Got Plenty Of Nothin'," "It Ain't Necessarily So" and a reprise of "The Man I Love." Evidently this edit was made to save on royalties. The only issue which contains the complete Gershwin medley is the 16 inch transcription disc AFRS Just Jazz 69.
