When "Livin' the Blues" was on record it were 2 lp's. I don't understand why they have "forgotten" Refried Boogie part 1 and Refried Boogie part 2. In my opinion is it a great live number.

This version has a date etched in Side D(or Side 4) of "9-5-68".
Side 2 has a locked groove on track B2-V during the drum fill of "Parthenogenesis" (approximately 2/3 of the way through the side). Another All Disc / Audio Matrix version (with same label layout and text design) exists without the B2 'lock groove' on Living The Blues (US 1968) (opens in a new tab), and has a later date of 9-25-68 etched in the runouts.
Inner sleeves are Liberty black on white print.
Sides 1 and 2 recorded at I.D. Sound Recorders, Hollywood, California.
Sides 3 and 4 recorded 100% live at the Kaleidoscope, Hollywood, California.
