Greatest Hits II by Queen

Greatest Hits II is a Rock album by Queen, originally released in 1991. On Gatefold: 365 pressings tracked, owned by 57 collectors.

About

Few bands have the sonic range, artistic ambition, or conceptual gall of Queen. Their greatest hits—containing chart-topping singles written by all four members of the band—feature musical trademarks, like stacked operatic harmonies and orchestral banks of guitar, but there’s a tremendous variety of musical forms on offer: They leap from greasy funk (“Another One Bites the Dust”) to ‘50s rock ‘n’ roll (“Crazy Little Thing Called Love”) to unorthodox and theatrical prog rock (“Bohemian Rhapsody”) with a swaggering confidence.

This grouping collects all versions and editions of the "Greatest Hits II" compilation, originally released on 28.10.1991 on LP, cassette, CD and MD. Unlike its "Greatest Hits" predecessor, the track list remained unanimous around the world.
Simultaneous to the album release were the "Greatest Flix II" video assemblage (grouped separately (opens in a new tab)) as well as the "Greatest Pix II" book.
It would later re-appear as part of the "Greatest Hits I + II (opens in a new tab)" set (1994) as well as "The Platinum Collection (opens in a new tab)" (2000). Both are grouped separately.
