About
Paying tribute to a key musical inspiration, bluesman Junior Kimbrough, The Black Keys use this EP of covers as a jumping-off point to explore some of their wildest sounds. Diving into a tripped-out tableau of ‘60s psychedelia, they meld acid rock with the music of the Mississippi Delta in a perfect ratio that always leaves us wanting more—especially on grooves as mesmerizing as the rambling, Fender Rhodes-backed "Have Mercy on Me" and their epic extended take on "Nobody But You.”
