400 - Semi-Opaque Black
30 were released with alternative sleeves and inserts because the sleeves were not finished in time for a show they had booked. The alternative sleeve is blank on the inside and the insert has a note saying they would swap out the old sleeve for the correct one when they are finished. None of the temporary sleeves or inserts were ever returned.
Second Pressing (December 16, 1994)

Second pressings were put in "re-sealable" poly bags, so technically, it is possible to have a "sealed" copy.
