Straight Shooter

Straight Shooter is a hard/progressive rock band from Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, that was formed in 1976. From 1982 on, the band tended more to new wave.
The band featured the original Streetmark singer Georg Buschmann.
The latter founded the band in 1976, after different future plans for the band occured. The band was ready to record an album in 1978, and until 1983, 5 albums were recorded.
After the fifth album, the majority of musicians left the band. Only founder and guitarist kept going on to record demos. After they were permanently rejected by record companies, they gave up a revival of the band in 1988.
