Biography
Philip "Tuba Phil" Frazier is a co-founder of the Rebirth Brass Band, formed in 1983 in New Orleans' Tremé neighborhood. As the band's tuba player, he helped create their signature blend of traditional brass band music with funk, jazz, and hip-hop, influencing the city's music scene. Under his leadership, the band gained global recognition, even winning a Grammy in 2012, while staying true to their roots in New Orleans culture. Brother of Drummer and Rebirth co-founder Keith Frazier
