Of Machines

Of Machines was a post-hardcore band from Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Forming in 2006, they originally split in April 2010, but later reformed in January 2013 after a three year hiatus, before going on a hiatus again.
While recording their debut album, the band received several offers from labels, but ended up selecting Rise Records, to which they were signed on October 14, 2008. Their debut album, As If Everything Was Held in Place, was released on March 3, 2009.
In April of 2010, Of Machines wrote on their Myspace page that they had broken up due to Dylan's earlier departure from the band thus creating a domino effect on the rest of the other band members.
