Biography
German Electronic DJ duo from Hamburg. They are the founders of Moonbootique Records.
Tobias Schmidt (Tobitob) and Oliver Kowalski (koweSix) started to collaborate with each other as DJs in Hamburg in 1999. Started as a series of parties in Hamburg, the project was soon producing music, as well.
Although Schmift is one of the allstars of the Hamburg Hip-Hop scene, they both started to produce a potpourri of Electronic music, only rarely enriched with Hip-Hop beats. The duo released 5 albums and countless singles. They also became well-established remixers for mainstream acts.
