Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly

Singer/guitarist Sam Duckworth is the primary member behind indie-emo folk affair Get Cape.
Wear Cape. Fly, a moniker culled from a headline in a computer magazine about a Batman game. Raised equally on electronic, political folksingers, and post-hardcore, he began GC.WC.F in Essex, U.K., in 2004 after fronting a hardcore punk band. At performances, Duckworth is often accompanied by an acoustic guitar and laptop, while his touring highlights include dates with José González and OK Go. He eventually moved from indie label Big Scary Monsters to major Atlantic, which released the debut full-length Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager in September 2006.
