Frank Chacksfield & His Orchestra

Frank Chacksfield and His Orchestra was one of Britain's most internationally famous easy-listening and "mood music" ensembles. Led by pianist, organist, and conductor Frank Chacksfield, the 40-piece orchestra was renowned for its signature lush arrangements and large string section, often called the "Singing Strings". Over a career spanning several decades, the orchestra achieved massive commercial success, selling an estimated 20 million albums globally.
