Biography
German keyboardist, vocalist and composer born in 1951.
Raukes studied at the classical music and piano. She co-founded Streetmark in 1968 and didn't finish her exams due to this. Instead, she worked with the band, additonally, she got married with bandmate in that period. Many years later, in 1975, they received their first record contract and produced their debut album with Conny Plank.
Raukes was the only member, who stayed with the band until their final split in 1981. Shortly before their last album, she recorded her only solo album under the moniker Deutsche Wertarbeit.
After 1981, she got out of the music business and worked for a court and for an insurance in Cologne. She lives today in Stein-WIngert, region Westerwald in Germany
