Biography
Canadian punk band founded in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1978 by vocalist Joe "Shithead" Keithley, along with bassist Randy Rampage and drummer Chuck Biscuits. Keithley has led the band through numerous lineup changes ever since, with only two brief hiatuses 1990 - 1992 and 2013 - 2014. D.O.A. is regarded as one of the founders of Hardcore Punk, and credited with giving the genre it's name with via their 1981 album Hardcore 81.
