Biography
New Wave/Punk band from Austin, Texas, who were regionally popular in the early 1980s.
D-Day's first single "Too Young To Date" reached #1 on Rodney Bingenheimer's show on KROQ in Los Angeles. A second single, "Right to Know," also got a fair amount of airplay on KROQ and on KLBJ in Austin. This led to a record with A&M in 1982. By then, Glover Gill had joined on keyboards and Will Fiveash had replaced Stuart Hillyer on guitar.
