Biography

American Head Charge (also known: "Head Charge" or "AHC") was a Nu-Metal/Industrial Metal band from Minneapolis, Minnesota formed in 1996. The band went through numerous personnel changes, and was active from 1996 until they disbanded on August 11th 2009. Subsequent reformation announced June 30, 2011 by founding member and bass player Chad Hanks. On November 12, 2017, Chad Hanks died at the age of 46, after being diagnosed with a terminal illness, which marked the end of the band.
The band had been planning on performing some shows in 2020, but they were cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. No news on any band activity has been heard since.
