Biography
ALL (ALLways stylised with uppercase text) is a U.S. melodic punk band, formed by members of the Descendents after the departure of their lead singer Milo Aukerman in 1987. Initially ALL were based in Lomita, California, USA, but by mid-1990 relocated to Brookfield, Missouri. Since late 1994 ALL have based their operations out of Fort Collins in Colorado, where they established their recording studio The Blasting Room.

The instrumental line-up of ALL has remained constant since the latter part of 1986 — prior to the recording of the Descendents' album titled 'All' — consisting of guitarist Stephen Egerton, bassist Karl Alvarez, and drummer Bill Stevenson. Stevenson is the only original member of the Descendents, and from 1982 to 1985 he played drums in Black Flag.
ALL's first two releases, 'Allroy Sez .....' (1988) and 'Allroy For Prez...' (1988), were recorded with vocalist Dave Smalley (formerly of DYS and Dag Nasty). Scott Reynolds then took up vocals duties for four albums (late 1988 to late 1992), until being replaced by current singer Chad Price — beginning with the recording of the album 'Breaking Things' during early 1993.
ALL joined major label Interscope Records for their release of the 1995 album 'Pummel', but disputes over marketing and promotion of the album resulted in a swift departure from the label. 'Mass Nerder' (1998) was their first release for Epitaph, with which they are no longer under contract.
