Zoot Woman by Zoot Woman

Zoot Woman is an Alt/Indie album by Zoot Woman, originally released in 2003. On Gatefold: 7 pressings tracked.

About

The eponymous second album “Zoot Woman” is a more introspective collection of songs. A significant departure from the bright, pop feel of “Living in a Magazine”, it still remains faithful to the musical sensibilities that made their debut record. “Zoot Woman” features the blisteringly catchy “Grey Day”, cult favourite “Hope in the Mirror” and the brooding “Half full of Happiness”. “Gem” from this album was used in the Kate Moss Rimmel Cosmetics TV ad campaign and “Calmer” in the CBS TV drama ‘CSI’.

There is a mispress that appears to be the Zoot Woman album, Off The Wall (10 Years Of Wall Of Sound) (UK & Europe 2003) (opens in a new tab), but it contains no music what so ever of Zoot Woman.
