This record is a document of both this band and me personally over the last 2 1/2 years. It's been hard in same ways, and great and amazing in so many others. These songs were created and realized out of happiness, pain, anger, shame, remorse, awareness, gratitude, presence and most of all, a lot of love. - Art Alexakis
