Valfar, ein Windir is a 2-disc compilation album by Windir, released in 2004 as a tribute to the band's founder, Terje "Valfar" Bakken, after his death. It contains some new recording, tribute, live song, and re-recording. The money made with selling Valfar, ein Windir goes straight to Valfar's family. A version of the album that does not include the second disc was also released later. Disc (1): Tracks 1-2 are new recordings; tracks 3-4 are re-recordings; tracks 5-9 are guest tribute songs from other bands; tracks 10-11 are Live from Rosendal Scene, Trondheim (Sept. 27 2003). .
