U is an Electronic album by Tourist, originally released in 2016. On Gatefold: 4 pressings tracked.
About
U is a fantastic voyage, filled with deep grooves and deeper drama. The album follows the story of a relationship at its conclusion—the “U” of the title forming an incomplete circle. The album churns with shapeshifting beauty, allowing emotional undercurrents and a quickened pulse to guide tracks like “Waves” and “Run.” The London producer co-wrote and won a GRAMMY® for “Stay With Me,” but if you’re looking for a repeat performance, keep moving; U is a mostly wordless affair, letting the listener dictate the narrative while Tourist supplies a shipping container of moods to accompany them.
