True Rockers is a Rock album by Monster Truck, originally released in 2018. On Gatefold: 12 pressings tracked.
About
This Hamilton, Ontario, quartet subscribes to metal philosopher Viv Savage’s mantra: “Have a good time, all the time.” True Rockers is pure rock ’n’ roll mania. Guitars attack from all angles, the grooves are sleazy, and spooky organ adds old-school Deep Purple vibes. “Devil Don’t Care” travels down boogie-woogie territory. “Being Cool Is Over” moves the piles with requisite cowbell. And on the album’s title track, the quartet recruits ’80s madman Dee Snider on vocals. Hop into this Monster Truck and turn donuts in the parking lot.
