Notes from the original pressing. Later editions may differ.
Envelope-style textured cardstock sleeve with stamped title and a smear of shellac over the band-name. Includes an insert with credits.
US and UK versions are similar: the U.S. version (this) has
• Rainbo catalog numbers R-15664/R-15665 etched in the runouts.
• No label code LC 7861 on the side B label.
Side B label has both USA and UK label addresses.
The color of the hand-applied shellac on the front sleeve ages differently over time according to storage conditions and the thickness of the shellac: it cannot be used to identify the country of origin or any printing variants.
Insert: No overdubs. Recorded electrically. Mastered entirely in the analog domain, directly to metal on a Neumann VMS 84 lathe.
Shellac ages gracefully, imparting a subtle amber color to the finished piece which intensifies over time, and may be reached at: Post Office Box 422, Evanston, Illinois USA 60204. Our Fax number is +01 (773) 539-4495
