In the UK and most of the rest of the world, this title was a single-Lp compilation culling tracks from his first three albums "Love Chronicles", "Bed-Sitter People" and "Zero She Flies".
In the U.S.A and Canada, the release was expanded to a double-Lp containing the entirety of "Love Chronicles" on the 2nd disc, while tracks from "Bed-Sitter People", "Zero She Flies" and "Orange" (his fourth album) filled the first disc. The songs were also remastered at A&M Mastering in Hollywood, California.
The Hipgnosis sleeve design has many subtle differences between the single and double disc editions.
