Material recorded during the sessions of and Astral Abuse (France 1971) (opens in a new tab) at Marquee Studios, London, under the guidance of Giorgio Gomelsky. These session tapes remained unreleased until 1978 when Charly Records started to issue everything they could from the BYG Records archives.
When interviewed Vangelis protested that the album was released without his permission. He also stated that it was not really a Vangelis album.
