The Dandy Warhols' second studio album was written after their original second album had been rejected by as being too weird (it was later self-released by the band as "The Black Album".) Some of the songs on "...The Dandy Warhols Come Down" are reworked versions of songs that had been rejected. It was released on July 15, 1997.
