US pressings were initially released in August 1968 on Atlantic proper with green and blue stereo labels. Promotional pressings were also mixed for mono and stereo, with white Atlantic labels. In October 1968, Billboard announced that the album would undergo a change to Track but the catalog number would remain the same as the previous Atlantic pressing. At this time, no Track promos are known to exist.
