The Collection by Alanis Morissette

About

Need the perfect soundtrack for riding out the storm of emotions from your last breakup? Alanis Morissette is your girl. From menacing, guitar-driven alt-rock blasts like the cathartic "You Oughta Know" to gentler reveries like "Ironic" and a shimmering cover of Seal's "Crazy," The Collection gathers the Canadian chanteuse's vital singles from 1995 to 2004. Emotional, vicious, and (eventually) redemptive, this anthology celebrates Morissette's ability to mine her dark side for rock 'n' roll diamonds in the rough.
