Symptoms is the third studio album by American pop singer and actress Ashley Tisdale released May 3, 2019 digitally via Big Noise Music Group. Symptoms follows Tisdale's second studio album, Guilty Pleasure, marking 10 years since her previous full studio release. The lead single from the album, "Voices In My Head", was released November 9, 2018, while the second single, "Love Me & Let Me Go", was released January 25, 2019. The album's themes and sound are remarkably different from her previous album, swapping her dance-pop and pop-rock sound for a more laid back pop sound. Symptoms chronicles Tisdale's silent battle with depression and anxiety, while employing implicit lyrics to give the songs multiple meaning. It is Ashley’s first album to contain songs with explicit and profane lyric. .
