When the CD was originally issued with the July 1994 Magazine (Vol II No. 11), it failed to credit the percussion ensemble, Nexus, who performed on the Takemitsu work (for whom the work was written) - although they were mentioned in Anthony Payne's Sleeve Notes.
A replacement inlay card was attached to the inlay card of Volume III No. 9 (images of the replacement inlay card are included here for reference)
Issued in standard jewel case. Sainsbury's Classic Cola logo printed on disc.
