About
As the man known for making an artistic muse out of cold beverages, G. Love excels at elevating life's small moments into unforgettable songs. Such is the way of his eighth album: He brings a horn section to extol the fast-paced thrill of "City Livin," adds street-style hand percussion to his groovy embrace of "Peace, Love and Happiness," and blows a blues harp to celebrate the wisdom of his "Grandmother." Only on the album-closing title track does he drop a dose of sarcasm into an otherwise earnest, upbeat album.
